RC1601A is character type LCD display module 16x1 with module dimension is 80.0x36.0 mm. This monochrome display LCD 16x1 has built-in IC ST7066. Default interface of RC1601A module is 6800; if you require interface such as SPI or I2C, they’re available as well, but the IC will be replaced with RW1063.Default power supply is 5V (3V is optional). For 3V module, negative voltage version is available.

Raystar provides various LED backlight combinations for RC1601A 16 character x 1 lines LCD display module, such as white, blue, green, yellow-green and red. You can choose module with LED backlight or without it. This series offers a selection of LCD mode, including STN negative, blue; STN positive, gray/green-yellow ; FSTN positive, white ; FSTN negative, black. Options for polarizer & font are abundant as well. LCD polarizer type includes transflective, transmissive and reflective; font includes, English/Japanese, European, Cyrillic.
